The Greeks are known as some of the most friendly people in Europe. Plus a lot of foreigners live in Greece. It has a very cosmopolitan, international feel.
3. Do I need to get a loan pre approved?
It’s better to have your financing approved before you start looking at homes so you will be able to buy your dream home the moment you see it.
4. How long does it take to buy property?
It won’t take long, sometimes as short as 48 hours to little more than 2 weeks. But if you don’t have the documents it can take as long as 3 months.
